Assessments are conducted via secure telehealth (Australia-wide) or in-person in Perth, WA.

Our practice has a strong focus on supporting veterans through the DVA claims process.

Initial Liability Claim (ILC) Assessments are prioritised – veterans are seen within 1–2 weeks of referral.
There is no cost to veterans – fees are charged directly to DVA.
Reports are thorough, objective, and designed to meet DVA requirements, ensuring that veterans can access the treatment and supports they deserve.
Reports are submitted to the DVA within 2 weeks of the veteran being seen.
